Bound in Chains. Set Free by Christ
Standing with brick kiln families in prayer, provision, and the power of the Gospel. This ministry brings light into places of deep oppression, where hope seems lost. Through the love and freedom of Christ, the cycle of slavery is being broken.
What is Brick Kiln Meaning?

In Pakistan, thousands of families work in harsh conditions at brick kilns, where they manually mold and bake bricks under the scorching sun. These laborers often earn just Rs. 1400 a day (around $5 USD)—barely enough to survive.
But behind the hard labor lies a deeper tragedy.
Many of these workers are trapped in generational debt slavery. When a family takes a small loan from the kiln owner—often for medical needs or food—they become bound to repay it by making bricks. If they can’t repay, the debt passes on to their children. Some families have been enslaved for decades. As they live under the weight of physical debt, they also suffer from spiritual debt, unaware of the freedom that is available in Christ.
❤️ Ministry Burden and Mission
In 2023, RSJ Ministries was moved with compassion and launched the Brick Kiln Ministry after discovering the hopeless conditions in these villages. Since then, our ministry team has been visiting brick kiln communities every two weeks, preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the message:
“Jesus Christ paid the price for your sins—He is your salvation.” Through this outreach, we provide: The Word of God and prayer, Food supplies, and fresh drinking water,Necessities to support families in crisis, RSJ Ministry believe true freedom begins when they hear the Good News. As we care for their physical needs, Being belivers minister to their spiritual needs, helping them realize that Jesus has already paid the greatest debt—sin.
As part of our outreach in the brick kiln communities, RSJ Ministries regularly conducts prayer and healing sessions for families weighed down by physical pain, emotional trauma, and spiritual bondage. In these gatherings, the team prays in faith, anoints the sick with oil, and stands on the promises of God’s Word. Many suffer from back injuries, joint pain, infections, and anxiety due to extreme working conditions. Yet in the midst of their suffering, Jesus brings healing and hope. We have witnessed testimonies of physical healing, inner peace, and deliverance through the power of prayer and the name of Jesus.
Food & Clean Water for Brick Kiln Families
In the brick kiln villages of Pakistan, access to clean water and nutritious food is a daily struggle. Families work long, exhausting hours making bricks, yet many return home with little or nothing to eat. Most parents cannot afford even the basic essentials for their children. Moved with compassion, RSJ Ministries began providing hot, fresh meals such as rice, chicken, and bread during our visits. These simple meals have brought joy and relief to many who had gone days without a proper meal.
Thanks to the support of kind-hearted believers who have sown into this mission, we have also been able to provide a 10-day survival food package to struggling families. Each package includes:
10kg flour, 2kg rice, 1kg sugar, 1kg cooking oil, 1 pack of salt, instant noodles, and 3 types of beans.
This package meets the basic needs of an entire family and costs only $25 USD. It not only brings nourishment but also restores hope to those living in extreme poverty.
Every contribution—no matter how small—helps us continue feeding the hungry and sharing God’s love. As we meet their physical needs, we also remind them that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten by God.

Putting Love on Their Feet RSJ Shoe Distribution
During the cold winter season, RSJ Ministries had the privilege of distributing shoes to children and adults in a brick kiln village, where families live with extreme lack of resources. In this community, most parents cannot afford even basic necessities—let alone shoes for their children. While others bundle up in warm clothes, these children walk barefoot on cold ground, with nothing to protect their feet. Moved by compassion, our ministry provided new shoes as a gift of love and dignity. It was more than just footwear—it was a message that God sees them, cares for them, and provides through His people. The smiles, gratitude, and joy were a testimony that even the smallest act of kindness can bring hope and warmth in the harshest conditions.

“If you pour yourself out for the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then shall your light rise in the darkness…” – Isaiah 58:10
